블리자드 기어에서 오버워치 셋샀는데 배송이 느려서 문의 넣었는데 답장이 왓는데 해석좀 해주세요 ㅠㅠ

Hey there 한창,This is Game Master Tiboxiantron, Thank you so much for your patience in waiting to hear back. I understand that you have question on why the gear store purchase on the May 22nd, 2016 is still processing but the May 27th, 2016 purchase has already shipped.
I absolutely get where you're coming from. It can for sure be a pain when you're trying to progress and something isn't working out as expected. I'll be happy to take a look into this for you.
I've found the May 22nd, 2016 order is still processing due to it is waiting on one or more of the products to be pack and picked up by the shipping company. Due to the varies reason ( for example cargo size, etc ) the shipping company may have different pick up time for these package base on the size and the weight.
As soon as the shipping company are able to pick up these package, the status of the order would update in your order history. If for some reason the package still haven't been shipped in 2~3 weeks, please contact us back so we can take another look into this for you.

UPS and FedEx are used for all orders except US authenticators. Check with UPS and FedEx for a list of locations they ship to and additional fees that may apply.
International orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes when the product reaches the destination country. You are responsible for paying these fees. Blizzard Entertainment has no control over how fees are applied.
Note: After the order is submitted, there is a Processing timeframe before the order is even shipped out. This is generally 3-7 business days but can take longer if stocks have sold out by the time your order fills.
